Facebook Review – Chriis Dolan

Pretty hard to put exactly what I want to say into words but let me start out by saying that I had the best customer service experience with Mike at Nerd Auto, that I have had from any business in the last 10+ years........
I asked Mike if he could help detail one of my work vans that I was getting ready to sell and needless to say it had not been taking very good care of.........
Without getting into too many details there were paint issues & stain problems on the inside cabin area as well as the fact that you could hardly see out of any of the glass in the van, but when Mike brought the van back, it looked like it could sit on the showroom floor and that is not an exaggeration!!! His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile and still remain fair and reasonable in his pricing, does not only apply if it was business but also the community with people that are looking to get things taken care of when it comes to detailing their vehicles! He is a true gentleman and a true professional and I would highly recommend him for anything from your usual detailing, to anything that is problematic as he will definitely go the extra mile to make sure that you get what you expect from a professional!!!
